Red Velvet Cake Shake

1 cup cold water
1 cup ice
1/2 scoop Rebuild Strength
2 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Wild Berry
2 scoops Chocolate PDM

Cinnamon to taste

If you don’t have Rebuild Strength, just do an extra scoop of Chocolate PDM
