Parmesan Kale Chips

Washed and dried kale.  I used a paper towel to dry it.  I found a prewashed bag at the grocery store.

Put in a bowl and sprinkle with olive oil.  Stir the kale around so the oil gets distributed on the kale.

Spread the kale on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt, pepper and grated parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.

 

Here’s what it looked like after.  It’s crispy and delicious, a little brown!  PERFECT!
