Mug Cake

Mug cake we made it last Thursday’s class

2 scoops formula 1
2 scoops pdm
1 tablespoon flax
1 active fiber
1 tablespoon pudding
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup to 3/4 water

Mix well. Should be the consistency of cupcake batter and microwave for 2:30 to 3 minutes. Best hot and fresh
