Make time for it

This is so true.  Losing weight and staying fit takes time.  You have to plan your meals, shop for the right foods, and plan to exercise.  I’m still at my lowest ever, 60.1 pounds (yay), and it’s super hot here.  I don’t even want to consider walking outside, and ice cream just sounds fabulous because that’s what I always did when it was hot.  This year, however, I need to find other ways to get through the hot days.  To change it up, I’m going to swim in a lake and do some exercises in the water.
