6 jalapeño peppers
4oz cottage cheese blended
1Tbsp Personalized Protein Powder
2Tbsp Parmesan cheese
6 Turkey bacon strips halved
1Tbsp chili seasoning
1/2tsp Garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350
Cut jalapeños in half length wise and remove seeds.
In a food processor or small blender, blend up 1/2cup of cottage cheese till curds are no more. Then mix in personalized protein powder, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings.
Spoon mixture into jalapeños and then wrap the half of bacon strip around. If it doesn’t stick well, poke a toothpick in to stabilize.
Place poppers in a greased baking pan and bake for 18-20min or until bacon is firm.
