Herbalife No-Bake Protein Cookies
Melt in a 2 qt saucepan over low heat: ½ stick organic butter ¼ cup coconut oil ¼ cup white sugar ½ cup brown sugar 1 ½ TBS baking cocoa 1 cup soy milk or organic 2% milk (or water & Herbalife PDM)
Bring to a boil and boil for exactly 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in the following: 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 TBS Peanut Butter (letting it melt completely)
Stir in 1 cup Formula 1 Healthy Meal shake mix (French Vanilla, Dutch Chocolate or Cookies n Cream) ½ cup Personalized Protein Powder 1 ½ cups quick cook oats
Stir until all mixed together. Drop 8 cookies onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper or sprayed with oil. Place in the refrigerator until chilled, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. One cookie is one serving. Approximately 16 grams of protein per cookie.
