Garlic Ranch Dressing

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup buttermilk or full-fat coconut milk

2 tblsp. fresh parsley, chopped

3/4 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. chopped garlic

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

1 tsp. lemon juice


salt and pepper, to taste


Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
