Chocolate Chip Cookies. Amazing!


1 cup all natural almond butter  ( Stir really well if there is oil pooled on top.)
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp kosher salt
¾ c turbinado sugar

Mix together with spoon until well incorporated.

Add 3 oz fresh chopped dark chocolate (not chocolate chips)

Drop onto rimmed baking sheet (use parchment)  Use your hands to create a loose ball.  Don’t overcrowd the pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.  They will get golden brown.  Don’t try to move or transfer them until fully cooled.
